just started flyfishing

Hi guys,would like to introduce myself,Im Andy and only been in wa since june,Ive only just started flyfishing and looking to become a member of a club were I can gain further experience and knowledge of the sport?
would like to attend the next meeting on the 4 of Dec. thanks Andy

Very laid back club and a good place to learn. But read, read and read up some more to learn as much as you can without the distraction of a rod in your hand, once you have read a bit cast, cast and cast on the grass to learn without the distraction of fish.

Hi Guys,thanks for your welcome and Troy thanks for the advise,i do try to do a bit of research at home.

Ive had a couple of early morning sessions down near mindarie marina on some rough ground in the surf,looks realy good? but no joy. ive been useing srimp and clouser flies on a 8lb leader?
any advise would be good thanks Andy
