Thanks for your replys guys. I guess i doubt im going too need all that backing unless out get out on a boat for some tuna or something but besides salmon there isnt alot more land based unless u get a kingy which would be pretty exciting but i would say u would need more like a 11-12 wt from the rocks.... Will be ready for boneheads though which should be awesome. cheers
