Anyone been to Cocos Islands?

Bellie and Millie have,they went in Jan/Feb.from what they said that is when the wind is at its least.
Caught bones small trev's and other species.

I think Dave did an article in FLYLIFE a few years back, I will have a look at home and see if I can dig up which issue. From memory it might have been in the postcards section at the back.

you could also try the bream master forum as I think Ian Sewall (sorry about the spelling) has spent a bit of time over there, in years gone by.

Kaka has also spent some time there I am pretty sure. If not mistaken the bonefish he is holding on the home page was caught at Cocos.

Spence I think ist is from CI the first time we went. But I'll say it's from cocos.

Hi Simon, haven't been on the forum for a while and saw this.... I went there in May last year. If you want a bit of info on the place send me a PM and happy to fill you in on a few things. It's a pretty remote place but well worth it if that's what you want.
