Hi all
This month’s meeting is the club’s Annual General Meeting. There is a formal part of the meeting that we will try and get through as quickly as possible.
As per our club constitution, all positions on the committee are open for election. A couple of committee members have indicated that they will be stepping down and not seeking re-election. It would be great to get an injection of new ideas on the committee.
Chef Dale has again organised a fantastic end of year feast for us. Have a look at his post below.
The committee has decided that membership fees will remain the same. Fees for 2021 are listed below.
Full Member - $60.00
Junior Member - $30.00
Country Member - $30.00
Field day fees will also remain the same. Money raised from field day fees goes directly towards purchasing prizes for the end of year. Our field days are set up to encourage participation.
Field day fees for full year. $40.00 Single field day - $5.00
We are still working on the 2021 calendar, and hope to have it finalized and presented at the AGM.
2021 is the 20th anniversary of the club. The talk this year will be a little of the history of the club. Thanks to all past and present members, that have made the club what it is today. With your support, the club will hopefully be around for another 20 years.
Membership and field day fees can be paid before the AGM via eft. 2021 membership forms will be going up on the website shortly.
There will be a door prize for members who join up by the AGM meeting. Also on offer is a raffle prize for the night.
