Fishing advice for Daughter.....

Hi Guy's,
I took my daughter solo fishing at the weekend to try and make a start at getting her into fishing. Using sabiki's on her second cast she caught a double header of herring and trumpeter so essentially fly fishing with a sinker! Ha! Ha!
Had a picnic and built a couple of sand castles after that. I tried catching a fish myself but couldn't get one so switched over to bait. We were able to get a fish a cast then after that. She was fairly impressed by the different sizes and colours of the fish as well as how slimey they were.
I didnt want to push it too far so let her do her own thing while joining in. Looking at ways to get her more interested in fishing in general and see if anyone has any tip's? I was thinking of setting up some sort of game in the garden where she gets to get used to using her rod and reel. Not sure what or how exactly and then re-introduce the fishing element again at a later date and see if she catch's the bug. Anyone done anything like this before and had it work for them or have any ideas for games I could set up in the back garden to get her going?
